Hi Benny, great job on the reviews. Im 77kg and have the 5’8 Dropped
Swallow. Awesome shape, goes in a heap of different wave types.( need waist
high to get it going tho) I find it feels like it has more rocker than what
it does have. Doesn’t feel wide or fishy, comes off the top really well and
doesn’t nose dive. Surprised at how easy is it to ride. Really forgiving.
would suit early intermediate to pro. I was looking at getting the #4
groveller as well. How does the #4 compare to the DS? cheers

Hey Benny, thanks for the review. What dimensions do you ride in the
Dropped Swallow? I’m 6’4″ and 190 pounds and considering something close.
Also, could you measure the tail width? I’m very curious.
Hello again Sean! I prefer the Weirdo Ripper overall – it feels more
refined and responsive vs. the Dropped Swallow – but the Ripper likes
better, more lined up waves. For more average conditions, the Dropped
Swallow’s flatter rocker, slightly wider outline and fuller rails are
better suited for flatter, weaker waves. I hope this helps you. Cheers,

Swallow @ 6’3 x 21 1/8 x 2 3/4 and 38.0 CL’s volume. Check out the article
